Parchment colored with a sweet aroma, this vinegar has an apple pecan cake flavor with a smooth sweet finish. Use this vinegar to add dimension to sweet dishes.

Syrah

This is a well rounded vinegar good for bread dipping, vinaigrettes, marinades and sauces. It has a ruby color and a bold wine and berry aroma and flavor.

Dolcetto

Garnet in color with a mild aroma and flavor of red fruit and plum, this vinegar is very smooth and finishes green vegetables and salads nicely.

Barbera-Primitivo Blend

This cedar colored vinegar has an aroma and flavor of sweet red berries with a pleasant acidic kick, making it perfect for vinaigrettes and marinades as well as for adding complexity to sweet berry dishes.
